Terms of Service

PawBaseline is a wellness tracking tool for pet owners. It helps you record daily observations, build a 14-day baseline, and produce reports you can share with your veterinarian. It is not a diagnostic tool, does not provide veterinary advice, and must never delay professional care. See our medical disclaimer.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter about your pets.
• One account per person; you may add pets and invite caregivers as your plan allows.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the plan price shown at signup. You can cancel at any time during the trial from Settings and you will not be charged.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds are handled under our subscription & refund policy.

Some features are labelled Beta or Coming soon. Those labels mean the feature may change, may be temporarily unavailable, or may not yet be released. We do not charge for features that are labelled Coming soon.

• Don't use PawBaseline to make emergency medical decisions in place of a veterinarian.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Don't upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display it back to you and to anyone you invite as a caregiver.

We work to keep PawBaseline running reliably but provide the service “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Reminders and notifications depend on your device and network and may be delayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawBaseline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision made about an animal's health based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
